Ski Service

• Do you mount downhill skis?

  Yes! We mount downhill skis and offer discounted mounting when you purchase new equipment from us. Please bring both ski boots when you drop off your skis—we need them to function-test the bindings during mounting.

  You must be at least 18 years old to pick up skis after mounting. Turnaround time varies throughout the season. Contact us for our current turnaround time.

  Bindings have a limited lifespan, and older bindings may no longer be serviceable.

• Do I need an appointment to drop off my skis?

  No appointment is needed! We complete service on a first-come, first-served basis. Turnaround time varies throughout the season, so contact us for our current estimate.

• How much does a ski tune-up cost, and what does it include?

  A ski tune-up costs $70 and includes a base grind, edge sharpening, stone grind, and wax.

• Can you mount bindings purchased elsewhere?

  Yes! We mount bindings purchased elsewhere. Mounting costs more than it does for new equipment purchased from our shop.

Ski Leases

• What is included in your ski lease packages?

  Equipment varies by lease:

  • Nordic recreational and kids’ leases: Skis, boots, and poles.
  • Nordic race leases: Skis and boots.
  • Downhill recreational and kids’ leases: Skis, bindings, boots, and poles. Smaller kids’ packages do not include poles—ask us which package is right for your child.
  • Downhill twin-tip leases: Bindings are purchased separately and can be used year after year. Contact us for details about the equipment included in this package.
• When can I pick up my lease equipment, and when is it due back?

  Our leases begin October 1, and equipment is due back April 1.

• What happens if my child outgrows their boots during the season?

  It’s rare, but it happens! If your child outgrows their leased boots during the season, we’ll exchange them for a larger size.

• What happens if leased equipment is damaged or lost?

  Normal wear and tear is expected. If equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair, you’ll pay the difference between its regular purchase price and the amount you paid for the lease.

• Do I need to bring my child in for a fitting?

  Yes! Please bring your child with you so we can ensure their ski boots fit properly.

Tennis and Bike Service

• Do you string tennis rackets?

  Yes! Our typical turnaround time is about 24 hours. Most stringing options cost $30–$45, including labor

• What types of bikes do you service?

  We service most non-electric bikes and most bike-shop-quality electric bikes. Contact us if you’re unsure whether we can service yours.

General

• What are your hours?

  Our winter hours run September through April</strong, and our summer hours run May through August.

• Where are you located, and where can I park?

  We’re located at 105 7th Ave S, St. Cloud, MN 56301, in downtown St. Cloud next to the Great River Children’s Museum.

  The city parking lot behind our store offers free parking at night and on weekends. Metered street parking is also available in front of the store and requires payment 24/7. We know paying for parking isn’t anyone’s favorite!

• Do you sell gift cards?

  Yes! Gift cards are available online and in-store and can be redeemed either online or in-store.

• What is your return policy?

  We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items returned or exchanged must be new, unworn, and in their original condition. Damaged items or items with missing parts will not be accepted.

  Returns after 30 days may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Exchanges are subject to current availability.

  Special orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
